• Drive, lead and execute projects involving multiple disciplines and functions, where external customer dialogue is crucial. Operating within project organizations and reporting to steering committees / decision - bodies.

• Conduct traditional project task and responsibilites, including:​

​            * Main time plans with phases, milestones / gates, decision points, tracked in project reviews.

            * Following Agile and traditional waterfall project setup
            * Managing: Risks, finances, change services, and associated documentation.

   * Understands the importance of communication, early follow-up, and team building.

​            * All projects will face challenges and complex situations, but it is often due to poor
              interval / external  communication that projects encounter difficulties.
